Hello, My name is Eric.
I was born the youngest of five children. I grew up in a small town in southeastern Mississippi. After graduating from high school, I attended junior college for two years, graduated, and then attended the major engineering university in Mississippi for three years, graduating in 2001. Upon graduating from college, I moved back to that small little town in southeastern Mississippi where I grew up. I married my beautiful wife in 2002.
I am currently employed as a structural engineer at the nation’s second-largest defense contractor. I worked there right out of college for five years, then took a ten-month leave of absence working at an engineering firm in a town an hour away. That didn’t work out, so I went back to work at my first place of employment.
I enjoy blogging, golf, playing computer games, and just relaxing and reading a good book.
