UPDATE:  The answer is:  (b) A Baptist minister.  Jonathan Scobie, and American missionary to Japan, invented rickshaws to transport his invalid wife throught the streets of Yokohama.

Okay, here it is! Today’s trivia: The rickshaw was invented in 1869 in Yokohama. Was the inventor: a) A Sumo wrestler; b) A Baptist minister; or c) A Buddhist poet? Feel free to post your answer in the form of a comment. I’ll post the correct answer later on today. Please, don’t Google it!
